    skin looks great, feeling hydrated

    I'm 23 weeks at this point, and I am drinking water constantly because I am constantly thirsty BUT wanted to make sure I got some electrolytes in there too; I'm feeling great and my skin looks and feels hydrated. This powder tastes totally fine, since I don't really drink it because I'm craving its flavor or anything, however I did have issues for the first couple weeks with it not mixing very well, despite using a combination of whisks AND spoons (to break up the clumps that persisted even with whisking). HOWEVER. my incredibly smart partner said I should just put the powder and water (without ice, but it would probably work with ice?) in a cocktail shaker... and this has been a game changer. It completely mixes the powder in, and kind of gives it an egg-white-esque foam and I get to feel fancy pouring it into a nice glass. so, PSA, try a cocktail shaker to mix.

    Love!

    Started this about halfway through my second pregnancy and I notice such a difference in my hair, skin, and nails. I can't wait to see how effective it is with all the changes that come with breastfeeding. I'm confident it will help!

    Delicious and effective!

    This powder is actually quite delicious! I drink it in the morning (after my symbiotic greens powder, of course) and it fuels me for my day. It's a good way to know I'm getting my nutrients and hydration before my coffee. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my skin lately, and I believe it's due to this powder! I've been drinking it for about 2-3 months now.

    So much energy!

    I had decided to take this for my skin , which after only one month I found my skin much more hydrated and reduction in lines on my forehead and elevens, but it also gives me so much energy. I have two kids under 4 and was struggling even with two cups of coffee a day and now I barely need one. I love this product and am so happy with the results.
