Maple Pecan Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cashew butter (editor's note: almond butter also works) 

  • 3/4 cup ground pecans 

  • 1/3 cup Triple-Support Powder

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2–1 tsp cinnamon (to taste)

  • Pinch salt (optional, recommended for flavor contrast)

 

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or blender, mix ingredients together until smooth.
  2. With your hands, roll into small bites and put on a cookie sheet. 
  3. Optional to add in additional pecans or chocolate chips as add-ins! 
  4. Put in fridge to chill for 1-2 hours.
