Totally recommend. I still have to get up sometimes with one (or all ) of my kids in the night and this doesn't make me groggy at all in the night but it helps me sleep soundly when I actually get to sleep. Love it. I mix it with sparkling water in the evening as a mocktail.

Sleep support does what it needs to do!!!!
I’ve had so many restless nights prior to taking product, during my last trimester. Drinking a cup prior to bed has help me get through the nights. I would recommend using sooner if you’re like me having a hard time relaxing at night during pregnancy.

During the end of my second trimester I was struggling with insomnia, and was recommended magnesium by my Ob/Gyn which would help with my sleep AND as a bonus helped move along bowel movements too.
