    Felt good to have something designed specifically for what I was doing.

    It's hard to know if any vitamin is 'working', but what I can report on is that I didn't get fishy tasting burps, I enjoyed the packaging, which had all 4 together for each day (although felt a little bad about all the plastic extra waste). Beyond that, I think you just kinda have to trust the research about the brand and hope that good things are happening!

    Thank you for making a complicated situation more easy! I don’t even have to think about what vitamins and supplements to take and where to find them or what dosage I need.     Convenient & Time Saver

    Saves the work of buying all different vitamins (and doing the research to find out what the best vitamins to take are). Would love to see shipping to Europe and more sustainable packaging in the future. ❤️️
