I spend hours and hours looking and different prenatals and researching a pre-conception supplement regimen for me and my husband. Through TTC and miscarriage loss, every piece of information we find to help, supplements to be taking, we check the Perelel label and sure enough - it's already there! The individual packets make it easy to grab and go - or set them on the counter to remind us to take them later. (My husband is on the Male support through Perelel too.) They don't have an aftertaste at all! Easy to take!
