    Best postpartum care

    I educated myself a bit more my second pregnancy and these vitamin packs help me be proactive with my care and I definitely felt my body was being nourished with a demanding breastfed newborn. I had a better postpartum than with my first I had PPD. 10/10 recommend to all my mommas

    These vitamins make such a difference.

    I really love these vitamins and would recommend them to any postpartum mom. I feel better physically and emotionally taking these. If i’m having a down day/extra irritable day, it’s always on a day I forgot to take my vitamins that morning.

    Convenient

    I love the convenience of the little packets. I have taken my vitamins at night for years because they usually don't agree with me, so I cannot say how these are during the day. But it does not affect my sleep. Would recommend.
