Carrot Chai Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded carrots

  • 1 serving Triple-Support Protein

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1 cup brewed chai tea or ½ teaspoon chai spice + 1 cup milk of choice

    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

    • 2 dashes ground ginger

    • Dash ground allspice

    • Dash of ground nutmeg

    • Dash of pepper

 

 

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
