3 Refreshing (and RD-Approved) Summer Spritz Recipes

One of summer’s simplest joys? Always being within reach of an ice-cold drink. But when life is full and the heat is relentless, a beverage that does more than just cool you down is essential. In that true multitasking spirit, we tapped Brigit Hadam, RD—Perelel's in-house dietitian and Senior Manager of Scientific Affairs, to create a trio of spritz recipes perfect for these sweltering temperatures. They’re naturally cooling, but each includes a scoop of doctor-backed powders to supercharge your day without having to plan or overthink. Whether it’s more antioxidants, ingestible skincare or promoting quality rest, Brigit delivered on the ultimate seasonal refresh.

A Look Inside the Benefits

Morning, evening or midafternoon slump—each of these spritz recipes serve to support your body. In the AM, opt for Synbiotic Greens (the star ingredient of the Coconut Greens Spritz) for prebiotic fiber and probiotics, as well as a boost of antioxidants to set the tone for a balanced gut. Then when the sun hits its peak, pour yourself the Watermelon Hydration Spritz, made with a scoop of Cellular Hydration for added electrolytes and hyaluronic acid to support skin rejuvenation. Sticky, hot nights call for a cooldown but also need to signal rest—make the Nightcap Fizz with Sleep Support for three types of bioavailable magnesium and lemon balm, ingredients that support rest and quality of sleep. These functional, feel-good routines strike the perfect balance between pleasure and purpose. Sip slowly, and enjoy.
