    The individual packs make it easy on the-go!

    I took each stage of the pregnancy packs, and am now on the Mom postpartum packs. All of my bloodwork throughout pregnancy reflected good. I’d say I felt good throughout pregnancy as well. I remember early in pregnancy the smell of the vitamin packs gave me an ick but later it did not. Easy to take and the individual packs make it easy for travel.

    An essential part of my postpartum care

    Perfect for Postpartum

    With my first child I lost so much hair and was completely lost in the throes of postpartum OCD, but with my second I started taking Perelel and it’s been a game changer. My energy and mood are so much better, my recovery was faster, and very little hair loss compared to my first!
