After about a month and a half I have noticed a big difference in my overall health. I've been taking these for 6+ months and love the convenience. When traveling its so great to just through the sachets in my bag or have them on the go. I don' have any issues with the taste or smell and think they are very easy to take. I've been happy with these so far.
