I used these vitamins with my pregnancy with my son and I definitely think they are but of the reason my pregnancy with him was so great! I love how they switched the packs based on the pregnancy needs for that trimester and then the mommy support packs postpartum really helped me feel "normal" again. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and taking these vitamins again and feeling really good! I love the minimal smell and being able to just toss a pack in my lunch bag to take with me to work (so convenient!) And honestly one of the best things is you truly get the sense that this is a company for women who truly care about improving health and lives of women. I unfortunately suffered a loss earlier this year and when I canceled my subscription I was sent a sympathy card and candle to light in memory! I mean come on! Talk about truly thinking of such little details to makes us women feel better. 15/10 recommend
