    When you take these it feels like you have a well rounded supplement routine with little to no research and shopping since it all comes in a pack together. It also makes it extremely easy to take instead of having multiple jars that may run out at different times. The pills themselves are very easy to take and have no funny aftertaste or burps. I even took all of the prenatals with no nausea. I’m not sure the beauty blend or the mood supplements do much but I don’t notice any adverse effects.

    The perfect pack of vitamins! I was struggling to figure out what vitamins to take after having a baby - there were so many options (multivitamins, gummies etc.) to taking multiple types of vitamins (vitamins for hair, vitamins for health, vitamins for mood).
