    A must have!

    I used perelel through my whole pregnancy and am going in four months postpartum. I truly feel the difference these vitamins make. I couldn’t imagine not taking them, I would so off balance. When bringing life into this world it’s so depleting on the body, taking vitamins that your body will actually absorb is a necessity! The third party testing always makes me feel more confident as well. I will say to the pregnant mamas they do have a smell so if you’re averse to smells it might be rough but it doesn’t bother me enough to make a difference. Highly recommend!

    Big fan of prenatal and postnatal support

    Great support during post partum

    Despite the little sleep and physical challenges of post partum, these vitamins have been of great support. I still preffered the old formula for stress more than the cognitive support of the current formulation.
