    A little help from my vitamins

    I wanted to take vitamins based on my specific needs as I prepared for my egg freezing journey. With so many prenatal vitamins on the market, I was overwhelmed by the options. It was also a bittersweet feeling looking for prenatals while not being physically there. I was happy that Perelel was recommended to me by a friend and was specifically for women like me looking to freeze their eggs. The packets are easy to take and I know that I did my due diligence by choosing Perelel since they are 3rd party tested, funded by women OB/GYN’s for women, and have all of the vitamins I need.

    Better energy, sleep, and no digestive upset

    I often give up on vitamins because they cause me stomach upset and nausea, both from smell/aftertaste and as a side effect…not these! It also helps that the packet allows me take the full vitamin dose with me on-the-go and discreetly; I can take them with a heartier meal midday instead of on a sensitive morning tummy or when I’m trying to wind down in the evening. So far I’ve felt better energy and improved sleep, which could be coincidence, but I do consider it a win regardless!
