    Awesome supplements!

    Easy to take and very travel friendly as someone who has traveled a lot recently they are very portable. Less stress and hassle for me for combining supplements when taking.

    Honest review after transitioning from another brand

    I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one it worth it since I am having a good experience since I switched from my previous prenatal. My husband and I are planning to try to conceive in the next few months and it was important to me starting the prenatal early on and not only 3 months before actually starting TTC. Was previously taking the fish oil and prenatal pills separately, but noticed a big difference in my urine color. Did my regular checkup and results were not what I was expecting. I started doing some better research based on recommended levels of each vitamin / minerals and Perelel was the one that approached the numbers I was looking for the most. I felt very confident after a friend of mine that is a nurse and mom of 2 recommended Perelel as her top 3 choices. I also love that there are different packs for different stages, I could not find anything like that before. As I transitioned, I can say that I love how convenient the packets are and how easily I can have all capsules on the go. It does have a taste, but honestly, what vitamin does not taste like anything? I just drink it without really trying to taste and it works just fine for me, isn’t hard to swallow or anything. I am also taking an iron supplement that was prescribed by my doctor, but I did notice my energy levels increasing. I am loving it and planning to order the conception pack for my husband soon!
