I have been using the conception support pack for the last 5 months as we prepared to conceive and now that we’re starting to try I feel like my body is prepared for this new journey. As a physician assistant I wanted a brand that I could support and to have a brand that is backed by OBGYNs was important to me! There is no fishy taste with the prenatal which reassures me as I progress to the trimester pack soon that I’ll be able to get the nutrition I need. Definitely recommend this to anyone trying for a baby!

In the midst of trying to get pregnant & doing lots of research, I stumbled upon Perelel and loved how they offer stage by stage options!! I had always heard taking prenatal supplements were good to take even before being pregnant to prepare your body, but something just didn’t felt right to continue taking the same supplements over and over again. When I found the ‘Conception starter pack’ I thought this is PERFECT!
Ive been taking it for almost 4 months and now I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant super happy I ever took these!!
I’ve loved how it’s so easy to grab and go, how it got me in the habit of taking them every single day, and the transition from this to the first trimester has been very smooth!
When I found out I was pregnant I had just gotten a new box and the team Perelel, we’re so great to work with to make the exchange happen.
Going into this journey, I knew that this alone wouldn’t be the thing that would get me pregnant, but for sure it definitely helped the overall process!
