I came into these with an i hope theres no side effects. Granted everyone is different but im glad to say that these are great. The only thing i noticed when i first took them was my burps smelled like them or tasted like to the pill itself but very slightly. I experienced no nausea or any other side effects. it motivated me to be consistent everyday. You can take with a meal. Ive taken twice without food and nothing happened. if you want to be consistent just take it when ever you eat. if you know youll eat at work take it to work and bring the packaging back home if you dont want people in your business lol. Will be getting the other trimester packs when its time.

I was originally interested in the conception support pack for the individual packaging and consulted my doctor on the product. She said it looked like it had everything she would have suggested so I signed up for the subscription. The product has been great! The pills do not have an odd taste (or aftertaste), no damaged packaging, and the renewal reminders arrive exactly when I start to think I need a new one. Very impressed with all aspects of this company so far and am curious to try some of their other products.
