In the midst of trying to get pregnant & doing lots of research, I stumbled upon Perelel and loved how they offer stage by stage options!! I had always heard taking prenatal supplements were good to take even before being pregnant to prepare your body, but something just didn’t felt right to continue taking the same supplements over and over again. When I found the ‘Conception starter pack’ I thought this is PERFECT!
Ive been taking it for almost 4 months and now I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant super happy I ever took these!!
I’ve loved how it’s so easy to grab and go, how it got me in the habit of taking them every single day, and the transition from this to the first trimester has been very smooth!
When I found out I was pregnant I had just gotten a new box and the team Perelel, we’re so great to work with to make the exchange happen.
Going into this journey, I knew that this alone wouldn’t be the thing that would get me pregnant, but for sure it definitely helped the overall process!

These vitamins are the best quality I've taken and I could feel a positive difference after I started taking them. I started taking them 2 months before TTC, conceived first month trying and pregnancy is going great so far. I don't feel as tired and sick during this stage as I usually do.

We're TTC and having the little packs ready for on the go has been such a game changer. I even throw them in my bag when I head out the door so I can remember to take them when I eat! I don't find they have a strong smell or taste.
