I have been taking these for over six months. Though I don’t know if they helped me get pregnant, I am pregnant now and finishing up the conception pack before the first tri pack arrives. The one day that I forgot to take these, my pregnancy symptoms were awful. I will continue taking these prenatals all throughout my pregnancy!

I've tried several prenatals, this one is by far my favorite. I don't get nauseous or anything and I love the easy pouches as well. They are so easy to travel with. Perelel customer service is also the best, they are super responsive and even sent me a candle when I had a miscarriage.
