Everything I Need in One Convenient Pack!

A Massive Difference
I have been absolutely astounded at the difference in my body since I started taking these. I've been taking them for just over 3 months, and for the first time in almost 37 years, my nails are long and not brittle or peeling. Energy is questionable, but I don't fault the vitamins here - narcolepsy + toddler + full time in office with commute is rough regardless. I'm starting to have the energy to work out again, and I am even noticing some reduction in my anxiety. Absolutely worth the cost!!!

Convenient way of getting your vitamins in!
I like that I don’t have to choose 4/5 bottles of vitamins at the store and instead get to just open a small package to get my dose for the day. I believe these have benefitted me in my postpartum journey! Still waiting to see how it does in helping me with my PP hair loss (2 months as of today).
