    I have never been successful with taking daily supplements, but these individual packs make it so easy!

    Also, I am currently 12 weeks PPD with my fourth, and usually by now I would have substantial hair loss, and with these I have VERY little, which is unnoticeable.

    Love having supplements I actually trust

    The supplement market is pretty unregulated, which means that you have to be careful when selecting and choosing supplements. Perelel is a brand that I completely trust, and I love that your mom multi support pack include everything I am looking for as a new mom: it gives me a complete multivitamin + cognitive and hair/skin support. I really appreciate that they use the best sources--which means that my body will actually absorb the vitamins--and that they use third party testing to make sure it's truly clean and safe for my body. I have tried a lot of supplements through the years, and Perelel was a brand I found while pregnant, and I am so thankful that I did, since it supports me through all the different stages of life. In short: I highly recommend these vitamins and this brand!

    I looove these Vitamins.

    I started taking them when I was around 2 months postpartum, just around the time when postpartum hairloss got really bad. I had been using them for about 3 weeks when I noticed a difference in the shedding that it got less. I also used lavender and rosemary oil for my hair so I think that helped as well. Overall I feel better and I love that all 5 different pills are together in one package.
