These prenatals are amazing! I truly believe they are the reason why my first trimester has been very smooth. I have had minimal to no nausea and morning sickness (I am pregnant with a girl!). The ingredients in these pills are natural and ready for my body to use. The methylated folate is a huge reason why I chose Perelel and the additional anti-nausea pill is so appreciated! I find taking them right after breakfast works best for me. I have happily recommended these prenatals to my family and friends!

These prepackaged vitamins really take out the guess work or wondering if I’m getting the vitamins that I need. I also used the conception pack for 2 months and boom, pregnant! It was great knowing that even before I was pregnant I was helping myself and my baby.
I take them before bed every night. I love how they get delivered as a transition trimesters. With so many things to wonder if I’m doing right during pregnancy, Perelel lets me relax about vitamins.

I would definitely recommend Perelel! My husband and I had been trying to conceive for over 2 years, and now we’re finally pregnant with our first IVF baby. I was taking Perelel Conception Support Pack before and after my egg retrieval, and switched to the 1st Trimester Prenatal Pack after my embryo transfer. After experiencing pregnancy loss in the past, the first trimester was a very stressful time. Thankfully Perelel has provided me with all essential nutrients for a healthy baby and my baby boy has been growing right on track. Not to mention, they are easy to travel with and manage since each day is individually packaged. I look forward to continuing to take Perelel throughout the rest of my pregancy and postpartum. My one critique would be that they advertise that the prenatal packs automatically switch depending on the trimester you are in. That was not the case for me. I am 15 weeks and they attempted to send me another round of the 1st Trimester Pack despite knowing my due date and that I am in the 2nd trimester.

I switched from a competitor brand to Perelel during my first trimester. I’m very pleased so far- I’m about to finish my first month’s pack and the pills are easy to swallow, they’re very well rounded, and packaged conveniently. On top of that, we’re expecting twins and my doctor advised taking at least 1000mcg of folate to support both babies’ development, and this exceeds that. This is only during the first trimester packs, though, so per the recommendation of my doctor, I added an additional supplement (the vanilla smoothie mix for first trimester support with folate and helps with morning sickness) to my next shipment with my first second-trimester pack.
That said, I do have one complaint; the capsules themselves kinda taste fishy for lack of a better term and for me it makes it tough to take them without holding my nose (my morning sickness is all day and gets triggered so easily by smells). It’s not a very strong flavor/smell, but it’s just enough to mess with me. Not enough to make me want to switch brands, though.
Overall I very highly recommend this brand and their supplements. I also appreciate that my subscription doesn’t get delayed just because the item is out of stock (which was a major reason for me switching brands in the first place). Do yourself a big favor and give your business to this brand.
