The Recovery Support Pack* nurtures your body throughout the healing process after any reproductive loss - including miscarriage, still birth, or any form of fetal loss. Each daily vitamin pack includes Iron Ease to help restore iron stores after blood loss & aid in emotional rebalancing. We've also included our Recovery Support blend, complete with herbal ingredients that target adrenal and energy support for when you're feeling most depleted. Every ingredient is backed by research paired with our founding doctors' clinical insights to best meet these needs.
We created the Recovery Support Pack* to support emotional balance, adrenal reset and energy. We recommend taking Recovery Support Pack* for 1 month. However you can take it up to 3 months for optimal support. Keep in mind, you would not want to take this if you are looking to conceive at the same time.

I started this product one week after an emergency surgery for retained placenta following a 2nd trimester pregnancy loss. I had lost a lot of blood which required several blood transfusions. I liked that this pack had a lot of the vitamins I was looking for + iron. Could just be coincidental timing, but my energy levels increased almost immediately. I have only been taking this for a week and feel it is helping me feel "normal" again in terms of my physical health. My anemia symptoms are also improving. I don't find these hard to stomach at all (I take after eating + with water) and they have not caused any constipation issues the way a lot of iron pills do.

I am recovering from a miscarriage and love that this product is specific to what I needed during this stage of our fertility journey. Not to mention they were so thoughtful and sent a hand written note. I also love the daily packs. It helps me stay on top of taking my vitamins and super easy to pack up when I travel for work. I am getting ready to transition into the conception support pack and will absolutely continue to use Perelel!

I don’t have previous experiences to compare how I’m feeling to, but I will say I feel better (more energy) than before I started taking these. They have a little bit of an herbal/minty taste/smell but not overpowering. I didn’t experience any nausea as a few other reviews noted.
The vitamins themselves are great, but the customer service was superb. Not only did I receive 2 kind, handwritten notes, but also a small candle to light in remembrance of my baby. It was an above and beyond thoughtful gesture, and I will always consider Perelel for vitamin needs in the future.

I had a miscarriage a couple weeks ago and this product has helped bring me back to life and restore my energy. The individual daily packs help keep me on track with taking them. I also would like to highlight the fact that they sent me a handwritten note with it which was so thoughtful.

I couldn't find anything that was created for recovery after a loss. This journey hasn't been easy at all. So I'm thankful for this supplement to help me recover. I've been taking this for a month now and I'm about to move towards the conception pack. These made me nauseous specially when taken with a meal in the morning. I recommend taking it with an evening meal if they make you nauseous.
