    LOVING THE 3rd TRIMESTER PRENATAL PACK

    I absolutely love my Perelel 3rd Trimester Prenatal Pack. I’m 35 and pregnant with my second child, and these prenatals have truly made a difference for me. I really appreciate that they contain the right amount of zinc and other key nutrients to support my baby’s growth without overdoing anything.

    I started Perelel a bit late in my first trimester, but even then I noticed a positive change—and my husband did too.     Review from the third trimester

    I’m the type of person that researches everything and will read through published journal articles just to find the right vitamin. I’ve been taking Perelel’s conception, first trimester, second trimester, and now third trimester vitamins for the past year.

    Because they change with the different phases, it’s been a real time saver so that I don’t have to think about supplementing the basic prenatal with what is needed at the time.

    I also think having it all broken up into different pills and the compound types of each vitamin have really helped me to absorb things more with limited GI symptoms.

    Though it took me time to get used to the fishy smell in the first few months, these pills never caused me to throw up in what was an otherwise very nauseous first trimester.

    I also think taking these vitamins for the last year are the only reason I’m not even a little bit anemic in my third trimester!

    I recommend these to all of my friends
