Why are you using pea protein?

Pea protein is a complete protein, and research shows us that pea protein specifically is effective for supporting muscle mass, recovery and satiety. We chose pea protein over other options because we made the choice to know our supply chain and choose traceable, allergen-friendly and regeneratively-produced proteins.

Is this safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Creatine is a natural part of the diet and consumed in everyday foods such as animal protein, including meat and fish! Creatine is stored throughout the body to help supply energy to muscles and the brain. Creatine metabolism has been studied in pregnancy, specifically highlighting its role in supporting energy needs in reproductive tissues.

Are Perelel products 3rd Party Tested?

Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. We then complete third-party testing for heavy metals, microbes and potency to confirm our products are safe under USP standards. In addition, our pre and postnatal formulas have earned us certification from the Clean Label Project, a leading nonprofit that sets one of the industry's highest standards for consumer transparency. Can I mix this with just water?

You can, though we find it tastes best when mixed with cold milk of your choice (almond, oat, or cow’s!). Our product does have fiber, creatine, and protein in it, so we do recommend stirring with a frother for optimal mixability! We also love to combine this into a smoothie for days with a bit more time.

Can I take this with my Perelel Pack?

We specifically created Triple-Support Protein to not have any additional vitamins or minerals above its ingredients so it will layer safely with your existing vitamin routine.

All of our products are manufactured in the USA at high-quality partners that follow FDA's current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure quality and safety.
