    I love this!

    I’m always thirsty from breastfeeding and I tried a lot of electrolyte drinks before this that were too sugary and gave me reflux. I LOVE this electrolyte drink! It tastes so good and I love that it has added collagen too!

    Great tasting!

    Hydration to the cellular level

    Currently in my third trimester, have been taking the cellular hydration powder since late first trimester. An absolute must. As someone who normally used hydration powders, salts, etc. prior to pregnancy. I was devastated when I found out not much research is in supplements … hence having to discontinue usage of my supplements. I came across Perelel and wished I have found it sooner! I start my day with a scoop, (the flavor DEFINITELY helped with that early nausea iykyk) and feel supported throughout the remainder of the day. Along with adequate water intake, this is a must and a staple that I will continue into postpartum.
