When should I begin taking the Conception Prenatal Support Pack*?

All of the doctors on our Perelel Panel recommend their patients start on the Conception Prenatal Support Pack around 6 months prior to becoming pregnant. Our medical co-Founder often recommends starting a whole year prior to help your body build up all its nutrient stores and be best prepared to support a pregnancy.*For any specific concerns however we do recommend you speak to your doctor for your individual needs.

Are Perelel products third-party tested?

Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. We then complete third-party testing for heavy metals, microbes and potency to confirm our products are safe under USP standards. In addition, our pre and postnatal formulas have earned us certification from the Clean Label Project, a leading nonprofit that sets one of the industry's highest standards for consumer transparency. When I get pregnant, how do I move from the Conception Prenatal Support Pack* to the 1st Trimester Prenatal Pack?

When have a positive pregnancy test, you’ll transition to the 1st Trimester Prenatal Vitamin Pack. Simply email us at hi@perelelhealth.com to let us know the good news. If you're a subscriber, you can log into your account portal to swap your Pack.So you don't go a day without pills, we recommend taking your Conception Prenatal Support Pack until you receive your 1st Trimester Pack.

My doctor recommended I take more CoQ10. Is that something Perelel offers?

Yes! For those needing additional support in their fertility journeys, we created Fertility+ Support with CoQ10 and NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine). Combined with Conception Support, this would provide 150 mg per day of CoQ10 to provide an additional antioxidant boost.

Can men take Conception Support*?

Are these vitamins covered by FSA or HSA

Our experts recommend starting to prepare your body for pregnancy up to a year in advance of trying! (It's important to start building up those nutrient stores sooner rather than later.) Conception Support was designed to support your fertility when you're just thinking about it and when you're ready to start trying.*

Is Conception Support Pack* breastfeeding-safe?

Yes, this is breastfeeding safe so if you're ready to start trying to conceive again, we recommend starting with this pack! If you're newly postpartum, be sure to consult with your provider to determine the safest timeline to try for another pregnancy.

How many pill packages come in one order?

Each monthly Pack contains 30 daily sachets (with 4 pills each) to cover all your needs when preparing your body or actively trying to get pregnant.

Can I take the Conception Support Pack* while on Birth Control?

There shouldn't be any concerns about taking your Conception Support Pack and birth control. For any specific concerns, we do recommend you speak to your doctor about your individual needs.

I'm going through IVF. Is this the right product for me?

If you've yet to do your egg retrieval, we recommend you start with our Egg Freeze Support Pack*, which will provide your body (and eggs) with the nutrients it needs to support your body throughout and leading up to the retrieval process. After you're done with that process, we recommend switching to our Conception Support Pack* until you go to your implantation to best prepare your body for an upcoming pregnancy.
