A weeknight dinner that’s equal parts nourishing and uncomplicated. This One-Pan Salmon is packed with omega-3s, fiber, and a key nutrient for pregnancy: choline.
Choline supports your baby’s brain, spinal cord, and nervous system development—and helps keep your energy, focus, and metabolism steady, too. Each serving of this recipe provides about 187 mg of choline, primarily from salmon and cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.
Roasted together on a single sheet pan, the result is a simple, balanced meal with satisfying texture and flavor—crispy Brussels, caramelized sweet potato, and perfectly flaky salmon. Pair them with your stage-specific Prenatal Pack to meet your full daily needs and help give your baby a strong neurological foundation from the start.
