Breakfast Recipe: Feta Egg Muffins

Breakfast Recipe: Feta Egg Muffins

A simple recipe with serious nutritional impact. These Feta Egg Muffins are rich in protein, greens, and one of the most essential nutrients during pregnancy—choline.

Choline plays a key role in supporting your baby’s brain and spinal cord development, while also promoting healthy cell function and metabolism for you. Yet studies show that most women—especially during pregnancy—don’t get enough through diet alone.

Each serving of these muffins delivers over 339 mg of choline, thanks to choline-rich eggs and spinach. Pair them with your stage-specific Prenatal Pack to meet your full daily needs and help give your baby a strong neurological foundation from the start.

Warm, savory, and easy to batch prep, these muffins make busy mornings feel balanced.
