I had some difficulty taking these during 7-9 weeks. I was just feeling nauseous (not from the vitamins ). But 10 weeks they’re going down great! I take with a bed time snack and go to bed shortly after.

I have been using Perelel for a few months now. I started with the TTC packs and now use the 1st trimester. While pregnant they never gave me nausea and were generally easy to take. I felt comforted by the natrual ingredients and how ingredients were adjusted per trimester. My OB loved this when I told her and now suggests to other patients. I unfortunately lost our baby due to a miscarriage and Perelel Support team mailed me a remembrance candle and was indelible in helping to both support and adjust my subscription. My OB has me continuing the 1st trimester pills and I have had no issues with all my bloodwork looking better than before. I highly suggest this brand for both the health they provide and the support they give. First company to feel like they truly care and that I can fully trust. (As someone with medical trauma and a fear of unknown medication that is saying alot.)
