    I chose Perelel for the high quality ingredients, trimester-based pill selection, and individual packaging. The individual packets of pills makes travel easy while still keeping up with my prenatal care. Their subscription services also ensure that you will not run out of pills. I find taking all of the pills at once is easy and have never had side effects or nausea.

    Thoughtful + Comprehensive

    I researched prenatal vitamins for months before landing on Perelel. I love that it's created and owned by women and doctors, it helps me feel more empowered when I take them. I also love the trimester specific packs, I used the conception support pack and hormone balance support for 3 months to build my body for baby. I prefer to take them after dinner even though they barely made me feel nausea. Happily now onto my first month of the 1st trimester support pack :)

    The best prenatal on the market!

    I've had the best experience with my Conception Support pack for my first pregnancy. It provided all of the key nutrients my body needed to adequately prepare to conceive. I felt reassured that I was using a prenatal that was designed by doctors and top OBGYNs. I never experienced any side effects from the support pack, and all my blood work showed my metabolic levels were in great shape to prepare for conception!
