helps so much with my nausea

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and I haven't felt nauseous in 3 days. It's been great feeling like I can eat again. I like the flavor of the powder though I do prefer it with 16oz of water over 8oz. Definitely needs to be taken with a hardy meal, I made the mistake of taking the vitamins without a meal one day. Don't do that, don't be me. But over I love this product

I’m actually really happy so far!

This is my second pregnancy and with my first I was sick for about 20 weeks… it was so hard to keep a prenatal down so i was worried when I ordered the pills about the smell and taste so I reached out and they offered to send me the powder to try free of charge and I got a refund for my pills! I’m only 4 weeks so not nauseas yet but the taste is kind of similar to orange juice which actually helped me a lot in my first pregnancy with nausea so I’m enjoying it! We’ll see once nausea sets in if the ginger and b6 help! Also this has way more vitamins than the one I took last pregnancy so I’m happy with it!! I’m hoping they come out with 2nd and 3rd trimester powders because it’s much more pleasant for me than pills!

    Not bad!

I actually don’t mind the taste of the powder however I would get very nauseous if I drank it too quickly. I also don’t like that there’s no choline. Overall not bad if you drink slowly and supplement additional choline

Hi Kimberly! Thank you for your feedback! We highly recommend taking the powder with a full meal and full stomach given it has ingredients such as zinc and vitamin C which can irritate your stomach lining -- especially on an empty stomach or early in the morning. We also wanted to let you know about our 1st trimester powder smoothie recipe which can really help on days you need a little extra help managing nausea, while adding an additional nutritional boost! https://perelelhealth.com/blogs/news/morning-sickness-tips. While our 1st Trimester Prenatal Vitamin Powder does not contain choline, iron, or omegas, it has been optimized for tolerability to get your baseline nutritional needs in a powder form. We do offer our Omega + Choline and Daily Iron Ease to add on the days you plan to take your powder, if you can. You can also alternate between the powder and our full 1st Trimester Prenatal Pack on the days when you can take pills. Our 1st Trimester Prenatal Pack contains your prenatal multvitamin with choline and iron, your Omega DHA+EPA, additional folate and a B6+Ginger anti-nausea blend.

    Too Sweet

I didn't realize this had Stevia in it, and found it entirely too sweet, I could not finish the first cup I tried. As some others have mentioned, it may have been my 1st trimester aversion to the flavor, but I'm not someone who typically uses sweeteners (artificial or not), and would have preferred this not be sweetened. I think this is a really good concept as I am someone who struggled taking my prenatal vitamin pills around week 7-9, but I think the flavor and sweetness needs to be adjusted.

    Wish this was offered unflavored

I don't generally purchase things with flavoring. I was hoping these would simply be vitamin packs I could put in my smoothies, but the taste is very strong and doesn't necessarily blend well with certain flavors (mainly chocolate or peanut butter).

I didn't pay attention to the flavor when ordering, so that's totally my fault.
