I absolutely love and highly recommend this probiotic! I only wish I had started taking it earlier in my pregnancy. I used to struggle with constipation with my old probiotic and a daily stool softener. I no longer have to take the stool softener with Perelel’s probiotic.

All I can say is thank you! I got off birth control because I didn’t want to be on the pill anymore and I still hadn’t had my period for 6 months. Then I started taking the pill for a month and I got my period. I also take the hormone balance pill by perele and so far it’s working because I don’t have any acne on my jawline yet. I 110% recommend.
