We're Hiring: Customer Experience Manager

Team Perelel is growing! We're looking for a driven, passionate customer experience manager who will work closely with the founding team. This “all hands on deck” role will help shape the overall customer experience while also supporting operational logistics across fulfillment, 3PL management, and in-house shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide “above and beyond” customer service in all interactions with customers and think creatively about ways to optimize each customer’s experience
  • Work through elevated questions, concerns and problems that have a higher level of complexity or sensitivity, and can tailor solutions accordingly
  • Identify key trends and customer issues, and recommend improvements to improve the customer experience managing weekly KPIs.
  • Maintain our internal databases in order to efficiently and effectively help our customers
  • Review and respond to sensitive questions and comments; work alongside internal partners to craft appropriate solutions and responses
  • Flex into tasks or projects to occasionally support the customer experience function as needed
  • Handle operational logistics in order to smoothly get packages to customers
  • Manage 3PL relationships
  • Work cross functionally with team

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of building customer relationships in CX teams, preferably for a consumer brand
  • Experience with Gorgias or Zendesk preferred
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • A growth mindset with a desire to find the right solution for every problem
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Personal interest in the wellness category and well-versed in the space
  • Ability to work to in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, while maintaining a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Collaborative team player and manager with an open mind to finding new ways to drive results
  • A natural “people person,” skilled at building and nurturing relationships, and balancing many priorities—always doing so with a good attitude
  • A genuine passion for the Perelel brand, our mission, customer, and products
  • Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights and strategy
  • Strong understanding of measurement metrics for success
